LaChelle Brooks M.Ed.
LaChelle Brooks is the Founder and Executive Director of The IN.S.P.i.R.E. Futures Initiative, where she leads efforts to expand access to education, workforce pathways, and community-driven programs for children and families. With a background in early childhood education and workforce development, she is passionate about building systems that create meaningful opportunities and long-term impact.
Director of Finance & Strategy
Dr. Coyletta Govan
Dr. Coyletta Govan is the Director of Finance & Strategy for The IN.S.P.i.R.E. Futures Initiative and a visionary leader with a strong foundation in nonprofit leadership and community service. She is the founder of CITIWomen (Communities In Texas Impower Women), a faith-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering women through service, personal development, and mentorship.

Terrika Jones M.A.
Terrika Jones serves as the Director of Governance & Administration for The IN.S.P.i.R.E. Futures Initiative and brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education.
As the owner of The Village Academy, she is dedicated to creating high-quality learning environments that support children, families, and educators. Her leadership strengthens organizational systems and ensures strong program implementation and community impact.
